The minutes state, "The meeting was held for the purpose of labor negotiations. An audio recording will be available to the public after all labor contracts are signed for the current budget period." Chairperson Prince adjourned the meeting at 8:28 PM. No votes, motions, or contract terms were recorded in the minutes provided.
