The Board approved revisions to Administrative Regulations 4161.1 (Personal Illness and Injury Leave for Certificated Staff), 4261.1 (Classified Staff) and 4361.1 (Management Staff) to align with current CSBA language. Each regulation was approved by a 4–0 voice vote with Trustee Weinstein absent.
Staff reported one bid for copier services that did not meet district needs and the Board voted to reject all copier bids. The Board also approved Resolution R-26-15 related to Board member Shelley Weinstein's compensation.
In closed session the Board reported approving, by unanimous 4–0 vote, the retirement agreement of employee FK5117303 (custodian), effective immediately; in exchange for retirement and release of claims the District agreed not to pursue suspension and dismissal charges against the employee.
