Deputy Superintendent Dr. Joshua Randall and Assistant Superintendent Michael Hall presented consultant agreements to provide Expanded Learning Opportunities Program services for the 2026–2027 school year. The Board approved a contract with RISE Education, LLC to provide services at Canyon Springs, Golden Oak, Leona Cox, Mint Canyon and Valley View; a YMCA Educational Services agreement for Sulphur Springs Community School; Camp Sunshine, Inc. (DBA Sunshine Day Camp) to serve unduplicated students at Fair Oaks Ranch and Pinetree; and Alpha Best Education, Inc. for Mitchell Community School.
Each agreement was presented as providing "Expanded Learning Opportunities Program services, including homework support and enrichment." The Board approved each consultant agreement by voice vote (all motions passed 4–0, Weinstein absent). Staff noted the contracts are for the 2026–2027 school year and did not present individual contract dollar amounts in the minutes.
