Assistant Superintendent of Personnel/Pupil Services Michael Hall presented the terms to the Board. The motion to approve the Tentative Agreement was made by Trustee Lori MacDonald, seconded by Trustee Paola Jellings, and passed 4–0 (Trustee Shelley Weinstein absent). The roll-call votes listed in the minutes were Chase—Aye; DeFigueiredo—Aye; MacDonald—Aye; Jellings—Aye. The Board opened a public hearing on the agreement at 7:39 p.m.; no public comments were received and the hearing was closed the same night.
The agreement covers the 2025–2026 school year and was presented with the statutorily required AB 1200 disclosure. The Board did not identify additional fiscal impacts beyond the terms presented; staff will proceed with implementation steps required by the agreement.
