City begins hydroseeding and temporary irrigation at Linda off‑leash park to address erosion

Commissioners raised concerns about relying only on hydroseeding and urged staff to plan for follow‑up reseeding in the fall and engineering measures (mulch rows, erosion traps) to prevent sediment from entering storm drains; staff agreed to add revegetation planning to future work.
