Moffett Elementary teacher outlines expanded ELOP after‑school offerings; expects about 90–100 students

Ely asked the district to consider transportation options so bus riders can access the after‑school offerings. She said teachers will provide snacks and that sessions will run 8–10 weeks.
Ely framed the programs as a way to keep students active, provide targeted tutoring and expand hands‑on learning. The comments were made during the public comment period; the board did not take formal action in response at the meeting.
