During the public-comment portion of the meeting, visitor Harry Tolzman thanked volunteers who installed the new football bleachers and asked whether handrails could be installed. Tolzman also raised a safety concern about the blacktop sidewalk from Hoosac to Common Street being dark and iced over.
In board reports Superintendent John Regan said staff surveys were distributed that day and student surveys for grades 7–12 would follow. Regan reported facilities work over spring break, noting the auditorium is "half completed," locker room floors had work performed, and a second-floor gutter was addressed. Board member Troy Tolzman thanked Building and Grounds Supervisor River Henry for his work on the locker-room floor. The board did not take formal action on handrails or sidewalk treatment at this meeting.
