"Next steps will be, the consultant will be providing the timeline and departmental task within the next few days," the staff presenter said. Committee members asked whether the consultant will interview board members; staff said board interviews were not yet defined but that the scope includes a board presentation and that committee input will be collected through the finance committee.
Staff said the goal is to complete the cyber/technology study before the next budget cycle so any recommended annual budget items can be considered in the upcoming process.
