A staff member described how crews "took one of their circuits, the circuit breaker to install power to large equipment" and are currently using that as temporary power while coordinating with the utility for a permanent line through the easement. "We're reimbursing it for the cost of the electricity," the staff member said. The presenters said limited vehicular access to the tank site has required crews to carry equipment by hand in places.
