Alan Nidiffer moved to approve the consent agenda; Trish Walker seconded the motion. The board voted 4-0 in favor.
The approval was procedural and did not include separate discussion items. The consent vote clears administrative business and allows district staff to proceed with previously recommended hiring and financial actions.
