The consent agenda package included the bill list for Jan. 17–Feb. 20, 2025 (Checks A12896–A12975 and B00264) totaling $861,238.02, the donation of two soccer goals (Asset Tag Number 2898) to the Delaware Valley Youth Soccer Club, and acceptance of Alexandria Township Education Foundation (ATEF) Grant 2025-13 for the RVCC Theater Show in the amount of $440.00.
The roll-call portion of the record lists Abelman, Austin and Bagley as absent and records Dobak, Joseph, Madlinger, Quinones, Small and Walker as voting present; the transcript includes two tally lines near the motion: "YES – 5 NO – 1 ABSENT – 3 MOTION PASSED" followed immediately by a roll-call tally recorded as "YES – 6 NO – 0 ABSENT – 3."
