Elementary schools present scorecards as Corvallis board reviews performance

After a working dinner that ended at 6:00 p.m., the Corvallis School District 509J Board reviewed school scorecards from seven elementary schools on Dec. 19, 2024. Presentations covered Adams, Bessie Coleman, Garfield, Kathryn Jones Harrison, Letitia Carson, Lincoln and Mt. View elementary schools; the documents were posted online with the meeting packet.
Director Terese Jones joined the meeting at 6:33 p.m. while scorecard presentations were under way. The minutes note that board members rotated tables during the presentations and later reflected on classroom and school-level examples of alignment with board goals; no formal votes or policy decisions resulted from the presentations.
