The commission emphasized practical assistance: ramps or accessibility modifications, employment questions and other day-to-day challenges tied to disability. "So, we are available 247," Costa said, encouraging residents to call the numbers on the commission's materials.
Lisa (commission representative) told attendees that town hall staff can direct residents to the commission and that the panel welcomes inquiries and requests for guidance. The meeting concluded with an invitation for residents to keep in touch and to use the commission's resources when they face barriers to participation in town life.
