Cascade FFA students report national convention finishes: bronze, two silvers, national ranking

Members of the Cascade School District #5 FFA chapter described their Sept. convention trip and competition results to the board on Jan. 13. Ms. Walisa introduced Mr. Brill and the eight students; the chapter president, Georgia, said the team performed well and expressed appreciation for the experience.
According to the minutes, the team returned with a bronze and two silver awards and one team placed 20th nationally. Multiple students spoke about the educational value of the trip and thanked district staff and the board for supporting the opportunity.
