The materials also noted that many existing Windows machines are running Home Edition and that Citon advised CTE computers will need Windows 11 Professional, which could add upgrade or license costs. The board reviewed the estimates during strategic planning and asked staff to confirm exact counts and final quotes prior to any purchase decision.
