WEM board elects Michael chair, Rezac vice chair, Schneider clerk, Bakken treasurer

At its Jan. 6 organizational meeting the WATERVILLE-ELYSIAN-MORRISTOWN School Board completed annual officer elections. Nominations and roll-call votes resulted in Gary Michael as board chair, June Rezac as vice chair, Jay Schneider as board clerk and Jon Bakken as board treasurer.
Board procedure included motions to nominate, motions to cease nominations and recorded votes. The minutes show each officer election carried with seven members voting in favor in the entries where votes were recorded. The board signed the minutes at the end of the meeting, with Gary Michael and Jay Schneider attesting.
