Board to meet with Diedrich on insurance RFP; contact names pending

Under old business the board received an update on the insurance RFP. A committee member said a meeting with Diedrich is scheduled for Wednesday and asked another board member to resend two contact names previously provided by Barry so the committee can follow up.
One board member acknowledged misplacing the two names and said they would attempt to provide them as soon as possible so staff can call and move the RFP process forward. The Chair asked if there were any other questions and the board moved on to the next agenda item.
The item will remain on the list for the next meeting as staff and board members pursue contact follow-up and RFP next steps.
