The Sulphur Springs Union School District Board on March 25 approved the district Transportation Plan, which outlines current services and planned updates to the bus fleet, including electric buses funded by grants.
"We are updating the fleet and have grant-funded electric buses that will expand sustainable routing options," Director of Transportation Danielle Cuevas said during her presentation. Deputy Superintendent Dr. Joshua Randall thanked the Transportation Department for its work. The plan was approved by a 5-0 voice vote (motion: Ken Chase; second: Lori MacDonald).
