Committee minutes say staff proposed creating a Maintenance Supervisor position with added GIS and asset-management responsibilities and will request an executive session to discuss appointment, salary and start date. "We propose we create this position and will be asking for an executive session at the end of the meeting to discuss appointment, salary, start time, etc.," the minutes state.
Minutes also recorded work on on-call procedures: Norita and Administrator DeCoskey are configuring an on-call number that will route to the on-call staff with fail-over to the administrator, and staff plan to meet with Kenyon College to communicate the new process once configured.
