Board approves superintendent's summative evaluation, revises public summary language
Summary
The KCSD board approved Superintendent Glen Szymoniak's summative evaluation and amended the public summary wording to say "we expect to see more improvements in student outcomes." The vote was unanimous.
The Klamath County School District board voted 5-0 to approve Superintendent Glen Szymoniak's summative evaluation and an amended public summary.
John Rademacher moved approval of the evaluation and the public summary change; Jill O'Donnell seconded. The board amended the summary language to read, "we expect to see more improvements in student outcomes." Staff will attach a copy of the amended summary to the board packet following the meeting.
Board discussion focused on wording for the public summary rather than changes to the evaluation document itself. The approval was recorded as unanimous.
