Board affirms 2024–25 organizational roles, depositories and counsel

Board member Kelly Kessler moved to approve the listed motions with no changes from the 2023–24 year; Duane Geyer seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The approvals set official administrative relationships and roles for the year ahead and clarify which firms will handle audit, insurance and labor legal work for the district.
