He noted Mosier’s funding is tied to its Average Daily Membership allocation and that North Wasco has limited control over staffing decisions at the Mosier site.
"The cost per student can vary significantly between buildings depending on staff experience," Anderson said, and he committed to preparing a more detailed breakdown for the committee to address Pohlen’s questions.
The committee encouraged staff to include building‑level detail in future materials so community members can see how expenditures map to services and outcomes.
