Court approves multiple procurement items: Runbeck award, vending contract, licensing agreements, ECOS fuel system
Summary
The court awarded an ITB for voter registration certificates to Runbeck Election Services, authorized a six-year vending contract with Texas Star Refreshments LLC, approved an end-user license with Una Solutions, and authorized a license agreement with ECOS for fuel management.
During its Nov. 24 session the Commissioners Court approved several procurement and contracting items across county operations.
Clint Worman of Purchasing reported the county received five responsive bids for voter registration certificates and recommended awarding ITB 261001 to Runbeck Election Services LLC as the lowest responsive bidder; the court approved the award on a motion and second. Worman also presented a six-year vending machine services agreement (RFP 250901) with Texas Star Refreshments LLC that will generate revenue for county facilities; the court authorized the county judge to sign the agreement.
The court also authorized the county judge to sign an order form and addendum to an end-user license agreement with Una Solutions Inc. for the county’s bidding platform. Later in the agenda Chad Mulbert Rhodes explained a proposed ECOS fuel-management software license to integrate fuel transaction data with fleet software; the court authorized that license as presented.
All four items were approved after staff presentations and motions; the minutes record no amendments to the agreements during the public portion of the meeting.
