Teachers and classified staff tell Pendleton school board that student behavior and broken chain of command are causing burnout

Hillmick said, "Burnout is real, and it usually doesn't happen until springtime." The minutes note Human Resources Director Kevin Dinning has been brainstorming with PAT and offered feedback and suggestions.
Board members acknowledged the comments; Director Anne Keeler said the board hears staff concerns during board member comments, and the minutes record that the board committed to hearing the staff message. No formal personnel actions or policy changes were made at the meeting.
