Staff noted that of those 23 properties, 18 are improved; from 2021 to 2024 five improved sales had a median sale price of $664,000 while the median assessed value for the 18 improved lots was $662,100.
The BOER instructed the tax office to further review neighborhood 7418 to determine whether adjustments due to the floodplain were warranted and requested additional analysis at a future hearing.
