BOER removes four Prime Storage Chapel Hill parcels from consent agenda for further explanation

At the June 30 meeting the board approved most consent agenda items but removed four parcels owned by Prime Storage Chapel Hill LLC from the consent list to permit further explanation by Analytical Consultants. The four parcel IDs (collectively analyzed by county staff) were noted in the staff consent materials and the county prepared a collective valuation analysis for the four parcels.
Roger Gunn, the county's Real Property Appraisal Manager, "reviewed the valuation process and the fact that a consent agreement was signed by the appellant representative for all four Prime Storage Chapel Hill LLC properties." The BOER voted to set these items aside and requested hearings to allow the appellant's analysts to present further detail before final allocations are confirmed.
