Council notes conflict-of-interest filing and a donated podium as streaming plans move forward

Separately the Chair acknowledged a donated podium from Councilman Mansford and said the city will begin test streaming in advance of a planned July 1 streaming start. The chair said IT has been preparing and that a brief public works and safety meeting would follow in five minutes.
