At the Aug. 3 meeting the council entered closed session after a request from Council Member Will Thomas under Section 610.021(13) of the Revised Statutes of Missouri. The motion to close the meeting was made by Rob Bader, seconded by Donna Bader, and a roll-call vote of individual council members was taken, per the minutes.
The minutes state that actions taken in closed session pertained to Section 610.021(13), RSMo., and are not public to protect employee privacy. The council reconvened in open session on a motion by Will Thomas, seconded by Kathy Waller; the reconvened session recorded no action taken.
