Following the procedure described by Dr. Burke for nominating and voting on officers, the board elected Allen Wells as president (nominated by Brandon Fry and seconded by Dan Muirhead), Dan Muirhead as vice president, Kim Klepcyk as secretary, and Barry Welch as assistant secretary. All officer votes were recorded as 6–0 in favor. After the presidential vote, Dr. Burke turned the chair over to President Allen Wells.
