The Klamath County School District board met in special session Jan. 21, 2025, and approved three contracting actions: a $1,093,780 contract for Henley Middle School locker room renovation, a $1,250,373 contract for Chiloquin High School locker room renovation, and a $201,187 contract for a dust collection system at Gilchrist Jr./Sr. High School. All three motions were made by Jill O'Donnell and were seconded (Henley seconded by John Rademacher; Chiloquin seconded by Brooke Kliewer; Gilchrist seconded by John Rademacher) and recorded as passed with 5 yeas and 0 nays each.
The board recessed into executive session at 2:17 PM for "counsel by attorney" under ORS 192.660(2)(h); Brian Hungerford joined that executive session via Zoom.
