Janet Melsness, Director of Business Services, reviewed the recommendation and referenced more information in the board packet. The minutes record the contractor name for this item as "Modoc Contracting." Because the minutes use slightly different spellings for the Modoc contractor across items, the district packet should be consulted to confirm the contractor's official business name for contracting and invoicing.
