Klinger said the plan should bridge board goals and the superintendent evaluation and noted that staff already align many presentations to these conditions.
The five strategic priorities named were inclusive culture, instructional alignment, equity-driven MTSS, early literacy/biliteracy, and pathways. Cabinet and ILT roles were reviewed to show which teams will carry implementation work, and the board broke into groups to suggest board actions that will support monitoring and self-assessment.
