Planning staff: Harbor Seeker resolution pulled; 46 Commerce Park Drive daycare close to opening

"When they asked to be pulled, they said that they wanna work on some things," Laura said, and staff are awaiting the applicant's next steps before resubmission.
Laura also updated the council on a daycare project at 46 Commerce Park Drive. She said exterior work looks finished and the developer expects to open about Sept. 1, though interior work and landscaping remain. Planning board conditions require the developer to meet with the tree council and the CAC to discuss composting, gardens and additional plantings; members emphasized protecting a notable spruce tree and completing soil and stormwater remediation before final sign-off.
