Temple ISD recognizes community partners and introduces two new principals

Superintendent Dr. Bobby Ott opened recognitions at the Nov. 12 meeting by naming Friends of Temple ISD and Martha Tyroch for the Happy Bag Program and highlighting student artwork shown at the TASA/TASB Convention. The minutes also note that teacher JoMeka Gray is a Texas Teacher of the Year finalist.
The board recorded introductions of two new administrators: Al Mayo, named Assistant Principal of Sampson Howard Elementary School, and Barbara Epperson, introduced as Associate Principal at Temple High School.
