Mark Garcia called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m., the group recited the pledges to the American and Texas flags, and Garcia read the Board Social Contract. The minutes record that the public forum produced no speakers or email requests to address the board. The meeting proceeded into a closed session for personnel and superintendent-evaluation topics, returned to open session with no action taken, and a motion to adjourn was made by Domingo Castillo at 6:50 p.m.
