Commissioner William G. Gerken told the Board that Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Phase I is in the finishing stages and that he has a preliminary cost estimate for Phase II but will hold off on initiating Phase II "until all monies are in from Phase I."
Gerken said a bill from Boswell was received for work on Birch Street flooding and that nine applications were received for the Deputy Court Administrator position, with three candidates to be interviewed. He said a public hearing on CSO Phase I and Phase II will be held May 13 and recommended establishing an Advisory Board of Citizens for the CSO projects.
