During the meeting the board recorded a recusal by Alternate member Kate Karakassis on ZBA 26-03; she rejoined the meeting at 7:43 p.m. The board adopted a resolution requiring an additional $250 escrow for Application 26-03 and later voted to request a $4,000 escrow deposit from the applicant for ZBA 26-04. The meeting was adjourned at 8:38 p.m. (motion by George Jahn; second by Kate Karakassis). The next meeting was announced for 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2026, with a submission deadline of noon Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2026.
