Council adopts ordinance updating recreation program fees

"Whereas an ordinance entitled an ordinance amending and supplementing chapter 119 of the code of the Borough of Old Tappan, article 3 recreation program fees was introduced… and the same is hereby adopted on 2nd and final reading," Councilwoman Castello said as she read the ordinance into the record. A roll call of members present returned affirmative votes and the ordinance will be published as required by law.
The ordinance was a final reading with no public comment; council indicated the clerk would publish the notice of adoption. The council handled similar final readings for several other personnel and departmental ordinances later in the meeting.
