The Borough authorized a contract with Lincoln Risk Management Corporation for Health Benefits Risk Management services for the 2026 calendar year (Resolution 2026-80). The CFO certified availability of $70,000 in specified accounts to fund the anticipated services and the resolution rescinded and replaced a prior resolution (2026-45).
During departmental reports, Mayor Guindi questioned the health-benefits rate increase and Chief Financial Officer Joseph Zanga said it is a 25.25% increase. The contract award was adopted by resolution as part of the consent agenda; the borough will distribute the Purchasing Manual to department directors as part of procedural changes accompanying procurement practices.
