Body-worn camera footage shows decedent pointing gun at victim; officers issue commands

Tommaso explained that Officer Taylor's BWC captured the shooting itself; other officers' cameras did not capture the shooting because of their positions in the hallway. The detective said the walkthrough and BWC review helped investigators reconstruct officers' locations and actions.
