Trustee abstains as Valley Mills ISD adds new bank signatories

Jim Blackford moved the change and Kristy Hollingsworth seconded. The motion passed with six votes in favor and one abstention recorded as a conflict by Douglas Shanafelt (Yea:6, Abstain (With Conflict):1).
Board minutes do not record the nature of the conflict; the changes were approved without further discussion. The additions will take effect per district banking procedures.
