She said dispatch could only provide a building-level ping, not the specific apartment number, and that officers initially went to a different building before locating Apartment 460 in the correct complex.
Tommaso gave a minute-by-minute account: officers were assigned after the 07:34:32 text, made contact attempts, and by about 08:00:05 officers were outside the apartment when the door opened and the shooting occurred. She emphasized that body-worn camera footage and still images show the sequence of events leading up to the shooting.
