Pitman council adopts consent agenda including emergency budget and OEM appointment

The consent agenda was adopted by roll call with all members recorded as Yes.
Council also approved payment of bills presented by Councilman Mazzola. No separate discussion was recorded on these consent items during the meeting; several items (grant application and budget) may require subsequent administrative follow-up for implementation.
