The board on May 7 approved revised pay scales for the district's food service staff to take effect in the 2025–2026 school year. The Food Service Manager scale begins at $15.71 per hour (step 0) and progresses to $28.46 per hour at step 30; the Cafeteria Supervisor scale begins at $12.51 per hour and progresses to $22.66 per hour at step 30. The motion to approve the scales was made by Mike Pearson and seconded by Scott Sonnenberg and recorded as carried 7-0.
Exhibit B attached to the minutes provides the full step tables for both classifications, including per-day and annual salary equivalents based on an eight-hour day and 182 workdays per year. The minutes show the pay tables were submitted on May 1 and approved by the board on May 7; implementation will be managed by district finance and HR staff in payroll for the 2025–26 pay year.
