GIPA approves minutes, bills, treasurer's report and routine billing adjustments

Later, members reviewed the treasurer's monthly report, had no questions and voted to accept the report. The meeting also approved a motion to adjust the monthly billing practice as introduced by the Chair.
All procedural items were approved by voice vote; the Chair announced each motion carried.
