Stephenville ISD board approves resignations, retirements and multiple new hires for 2026–27

The approved resignations and retirements included Jessica Kribbs (Kindergarten teacher, Central Elementary), Kellye McLeroy (Kindergarten teacher, Central Elementary; retirement), Chelsea Rives (1st grade, Chamberlin Elementary), Kenya Kresta (Science teacher, Stephenville High School), and Michelle McNutt (part-time Director for Federal and Special Programs; effective July 31, 2026). The board also approved employment offers to multiple teachers and staff with effective dates in early August 2026; Sandra Benavidez-Perez was approved as Part-time Director for Federal and Special Programs effective August 3, 2026.
"The motion was made by Mr. Miller and seconded by Mr. Elms to approve the following personnel recommendations as presented by Dr. Cederstrom," the minutes state. The motion passed with all seven members voting in favor. The minutes list specific effective dates for each hire and resignation where provided.
