The Industrial Development Agency (IDA) opened its Oct. 15 meeting by approving the minutes of the IDA public hearing and regular meeting held May 21, 2025, accepting monthly financial reports for May through September 2025 and approving an audit of claims covering May 21, 2025 to the present. The Chair called for motions and each item was approved by voice vote.
The Chair asked if there were any questions on the financial reports and none were raised before a board member moved to accept them. The board then voted 'Aye' and the Chair declared the motion carried. The audit of claims was handled the same way: presented, motioned, seconded and approved by voice vote.
