The board returned to open session at 8:41 a.m.; Secretary Jeff Flukinger moved to deny the appeal and uphold the expulsion, and Trustee Bryan Lowe seconded. "Secretary Flukinger made a motion to deny and uphold the expulsion of student A.I.R. - Waller High School. Trustee Lowe seconded the motion. The motion carried 6-0-0. (Trustee Kaminski absent.)," the minutes state.
