Principal Amber Palmer reported academic results and summer programming to trustees on June 16. "Summer school started on June 9, and we will go for two weeks and then return for two weeks in July. About 1/3 of the kids we invited have attended," Palmer wrote in her report and presented to the board.
Palmer summarized STAAR performance and said she used those results to complete TIA data for the 2024–25 school year and to pursue teacher designations. The packet includes grade‑level Approaches/Meets/Masters figures; for example the minutes list 3rd grade ELAR as 87/33/53 and US History as 97/35/27. Palmer noted continued efforts to use the data to support instruction.
