Board President Mark Kellermeier moved to approve the May 19, 2025 minutes and later moved to approve the bills as paid; both motions were seconded and recorded as passing 5–0.
The board also approved specific purchases and agreements: an adjunct agreement with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, purchase of a new lawn mower, and air‑conditioning repairs by Cary Services. "Mark Kellermeier moved to approve the bills as paid; Thadd Martin seconded; motion passed 5/0," the minutes record. Two procurement items—the purchase of a dump trailer from Tri‑Star and repair of playground equipment from Playgrounds Etc.—were tabled for further consideration. The meeting adjourned at 7:49 p.m.
